Culinary magazine Nasty Monday.
My name is Nastya Ponedelnik and this is my culinary magazine.
I have a huge culinary library in English and French. A lot of books were passed down to me from my uncle, who studied at the Sorbonne and bought gastronomic laruses back in the 60s of the last century. I take most of the recipes from foreign cookbooks. If I change something, I definitely write about it.
My main hobby is photography. My work can be seen in two books from the publishing house "Your Book" - "Vegetarianism" and "Home Cooking with Herbs and Spices." I worked as a photographer and stylist. My original book will be published by summer. But what it will be about, let it remain a little secret.
You won’t find hyper-complicated recipes on the pages of the magazine; I photograph what I cook for mine every day. Sometimes, of course, something slips through there, but very rarely.
