Casall Training of the Day, or T.O.D., is a pocket-sized personal trainer, helping you to track and maximise your home training, making it both holistic and social.

T.O.D. consists of 62 training programs and 110 exercises in three different levels, designed by personal trainer Matthew Griffiths. The first three exercise categories released will be Cardio, Strength & Shape.
