MultiROM Manager puede instalar o actualizar MultiROM, su recuperación y kernels. También puede instalar compilaciones basadas en imágenes del sistema Ubuntu Touch en MultiROM como una ROM secundaria.
MultiROM es un mod de arranque múltiple único en su tipo para dispositivos Android. Puede iniciar cualquier ROM de Android, así como otros sistemas como Ubuntu Touch. Además de arrancar desde la memoria interna del dispositivo, MultiROM puede arrancar desde una unidad USB conectada al dispositivo mediante un cable OTG. La parte principal de MultiROM es un administrador de arranque, que aparece cada vez que se inicia su dispositivo y le permite elegir la ROM para arrancar. Puedes ver cómo se ve en la imagen de la izquierda a continuación y en la galería. Las ROM se instalan y administran mediante la recuperación TWRP modificada. Puede usar archivos ZIP estándar para instalar ROM secundarias de Android, archivos de imágenes prediseñados diarios para instalar Ubuntu Touch y MultiROM incluso tiene su propio sistema de instalación, que puede usarse para enviar otros sistemas basados en Linux.
