Tool to Track Developmental Goals of Infants and Toddlers
This application has been created to assist in tracking developmental goals of infants and toddlers. This tool caters for children between 0 to 5 years. It can be used for children who are developing age appropriately or for children with special needs. The development is assessed, in depth, under various categories like self help,cognition, communication, social, fine motor and many more.
The application will be available in three flavors
Infant To Toddler - Trial (basic version to do an assessment)
Infant To Toddler - Parent (provides additional facility for parents to keep track of development of their child)
Infant To Toddler - Professional (useful for professionals to assess multiple children and automatically generate reports. The generated report will show the the current status and the goals that the professional might set for the child)
This is the basic version.
This tool helps in easy visualization of child's development by generating colored developmental charts and the assessment logs.
Progress made by the child at each stage is depicted in these charts and the assessment logs.
The assessment questionnaire is derived from The Carolina Curriculum- a commonly used test of development.
