With ecoDMS Mobile you get access to the ecoDMS archive via your Android device.

This app requires an installation of the client-server system ecoDMS (full version 14.08 & 16.09). Using this app you can access the archived documents and information and load new documents into the archive.

As the world's cheapest archiving system, ecoDMS is the standard for platform-independent, long-term, audit-proof document archiving.

ecoDMS Desktop Client: With just a few mouse clicks, the documents are archived, automatically full-text indexed and, if necessary, categorized without the user having to do anything. Intelligent document recognition automatically determines document affiliation and stores the files in the right place and for the responsible users.

The document archive can be accessed in seconds via desktop client, smartphone, tablet and web interface. State-of-the-art search functions make document searches as easy as Googling. The software is installed quickly and easy to use.

All data is stored safely with you in containers (from version 16.09) and in a database and not on third-party servers, at ecoDMS GmbH or “easily manipulated” on the file system.

Access to the archive is possible locally, on the network, on the web and also via the mobile app. The desktop application offers a perfect overview of the stored documents and information on the network and locally. If you want to access the archived files on the go, you can quickly find the right files using the ecoDMS Mobile App. The web client can be used to access information from a wide variety of Internet browsers, regardless of location.

Installation, setup and operation is simple, completely flexible and user-friendly. ecoDMS can be used platform-independently and across Windows, Ubuntu, Debian, MacOS, Raspberry Pi, Docker (incl. QNAP & Synology NAS), Android and iOS.
